About the Team

Growth Markets – Business Operations team. Manage Operations for the Market Units within Growth Markets, track headcount growth against forecast, validate Roll Offs, Demand Management activities, track and analyze Productivity metrics. Support/ manage EI Bandwidth and Bench management.

Job Summary

Support the Operations team on the requests received from Projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• MIS reporting – Generate reports, key metrics dashboard for stakeholders and Leadership.
• Operational activities like Demand and Roll Off Validation and Updating Demand attributes.

Professional Qualifications

• Proficient in MS office – expertise in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Excellent skills in written and oral communication (English)
• Natural ability to operate with a high level of energy, commitment, and motivation
• Ability to take initiative and operate with minimum supervision
